As a team, we really value collaboration and high-quality communication. Finding ways to maintain these whilst moving to virtual working has required some creative thinking.
One of the times that being able to see colleagues face to face feels most crucial, is during the onboarding process for new staff. With this no longer possible, we've worked hard to make sure that the process still feels as human as possible and new team members are supported along the journey.
