Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, patients in hospitals across the UK have been unable to have family and loved ones visit them. Many have found this incredibly difficult but the team at Milton Keynes Hospital came up with an innovate solution.
Using Nye on iPads donated by Milton Keynes Hospital Charity and provided by the telecoms company Boxxx comms, the team were able to provide patients with a simple and secure means of seeing their loved ones. They've termed this #VirtualVisiting. We had a chat with two of the team there to hear about the huge impact this is having on their patients.
